TERMS OF SERVICES
Scope of Work- The commission includes custom illustrations, Live2D models, rigging, PNGTubers, or emotes as specified by the client.
- Any additional expressions, details, or toggles may incur extra charges and will be communicated.Payment- A non-refundable full or deposit of 50% of the total commission cost is required after sketch.
- The remaining balance is due after the deposit or upon completion and prior to the release of the final files.
- If clients require the raw PSD/CMO3 files (except for Live2D Model commissions), an additional fee of 30% of the total price will be charged.
- Payments are to be made via Seabank bank transfer, PayPal, KoFi, Sociabuzz, or Trakteer.Delivery Time- The estimated delivery time (usually takes 1 week to 3 months) will be communicated at the start of the project.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.Revisions- Minor adjustments and tweaks are included in the commission price.
- Major revisions or significant changes may incur additional charges.Intellectual Property- The client retains full ownership of their original character design and concept.
- The commissioned piece and associated files are for the client's personal or commercial use only.
- All commissioned pieces are NOT for resell.
- Credits to me are appreciated, but not obliged.Usage Rights- The client is granted the right to use the commissioned piece for streaming, content creation, and related activities.
- I might showcase and stream the progress or completed work in my portfolio or on social media.Cancellation- In the event of a commission cancellation by the client, the initial deposit is NON-refundable.
- The client cannot make any cancellation or/and chargeback after the full payment is made or after the finished work is sent.
- If I cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be provided and will be communicated.Communication- Updates and progress reports will be provided throughout the project.
